We currently ship pan-India. Shipping will take anywhere between 3-7 working days, depending on your delivery address.
We offer free shipping on all orders worth above ₹1799. Orders under Rs.1,799 will have a delivery charge.

Incase you've received a damagedproduct/ wrong product-
Please write to us at info@basicallybasic.in attaching pictures of the faulty product/wrong product. Kindly mention “Damaged Product/Wrong product” with your order number in the subject line within 24 hours of receiving it so we can evaluate the issue and make a replacement for the same.
