Q: Where do you ship?

We currently ship pan-India.

We offer free shipping on all orders worth Rs.1799 and above.

Orders under Rs.1,799 will have a delivery charge which will depend on the delivery address. 

Maharashtra- ₹80

Outside Maharashtra- ₹100

ORDERS

Q: How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS.

Once your order is shipped you will receive a message with the tracking details from our courier service on your registered mobile number. Please allow 5-7 working days for the order to reach you.

Q: How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Once an order is placed, we cannot make changes to it since the shipping process has already begun. If you need us to cancel your order, please write to us at info@basicallybasic.in with “Cancel” along with your order number in the subject line. All cancellations will be accepted within 6 hours of making the purchase beyond which we won't be able to cancel the order.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS

Q: Can I return/exchange an item?  

Currently, we are not accepting returns.

If the purchased item is not the right size, we can exchange it within 3 days of receiving the package. Any items marked under sale are not applicable for exchange.

Q: How do I exchange an item?

1. Send us an email within 3 days of receiving the package at info@basicallybasic.in. If the number of days exceeds the timeline then the item will not be accepted for exchange.

2. Please mention “Exchange” and your order number in the subject line.

3. Our team will review the details and revert with an email confirming the exchange.

4. Please ensure that the product is unused and has its original tags on. It must be packed in its original packaging for return.

Please Note: Courier services for exchange(return + delivery of new package) will be chargeable. The required details will be sent over email. 

Q: What if the item received is damaged/wrong?

We are really sorry to hear that you received a faulty/wrong item. Please write to us at info@basicallybasic.in attaching pictures of the damaged product/wrong product and kindly mention “Damaged Product/Wrong product” with your order number in the subject line within 24 hours of receiving it so we can evaluate the issue and make a replacement for the same.

Q: How do I know which size will fit me best? 

Our size guide will help you find the correct fit. If you have any questions regarding your size or fit, please feel free to reach out to us on whatsapp and we will be happy to help you find your size.

CARE & HANDLING

Q: How do I wash my garment?

We recommend a machine wash with a short spin cycle for garments made of 100% Cotton fabric and hand wash with mild detergent for garments made of delicate and lighter fabrics. 

Wash dark and light colours separately. Dry in shade and avoid harsh sunlight for longer garment life.
