where do you ship?
we currently ship pan-india.
how long will shipping take?
delivery takes three to seven working days, depending on your address.
is there a shipping fee?
orders above ₹1,799 ship free. orders below that carry a delivery charge, based on your location: ₹80 within maharashtra, ₹100 outside it.
need something faster? get in touch and we'll arrange express delivery.

how do i know if my order is confirmed?
you'll receive a confirmation email and sms as soon as your order is placed.
how do i track my order?
once your order ships, you'll receive tracking details by sms on your registered number. delivery takes three to seven working days from there.
can i make changes to my order after placing it?
once an order is placed, we're unable to make changes, since the shipping process begins right away. if you need to cancel, email us at info@basicallybasic.in with "cancel" and your order number in the subject line. cancellations are accepted within six hours of purchase. beyond that, we're unable to cancel the order.
exchange & returns
can i return or exchange an item?
we don't currently accept returns. if the size isn't right, we offer an exchange within three days of receiving your order. sale items aren't eligible for exchange.
how do i exchange an item?
- email us at info@basicallybasic.in within three days of receiving your order. requests made after this window can't be accepted.
- mention "exchange" and your order number in the subject line.
- our team reviews your request and confirms the exchange by email.
- the product must be unused, with tags intact, and packed in its original packaging.
courier costs for the exchange, covering both the return and the delivery of your new piece, are charged to you. the details will be shared over email.
what if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
write to us at info@basicallybasic.in with photos of the product. mention "damaged product" or "wrong product," along with your order number, in the subject line, within 24 hours of receiving it. we'll arrange an exchange for a new piece. if a replacement isn't available, we'll process a refund instead. courier costs for damaged or incorrect items are covered by us.

how do i know which size will fit me best?
our size guide is the best place to start. if you're still unsure, message us on whatsapp and we'll help you find the right fit.
care & handling
how do i wash my garment?
for pieces in 100% cotton, machine wash on a short spin cycle. for anything delicate or lighter, hand wash with a mild detergent.
wash dark and light colours separately. dry in shade, away from harsh sunlight, for a longer life.
