Our ultimate goal at Basically, Basic is to bring chic, comfortable and versatile clothing to you. We believe that style and comfort go hand-in-hand because good clothing can make you feel not just confident and empowered; rather it can make you feel anything you want to! 

Our founder, Aayushi’s love affair with clothes since a very young age led her to create Basically, Basic, a one-stop-shop for all things basic. She strongly believes that fashion should be approachable and aims to deliver just that. The designs are thus created to give you the best of all worlds and bring to you timeless pieces that will become an essential part of your wardrobe. Our basicwear aims to fit every mood, every occasion, everybody and every body. 

All clothing items have been created with the utmost care, keeping you and your needs in mind. We want to take you back to basics because sometimes, less is more.

We would love to share our passion for basicwear with you and welcome you to our world where being basic is all it takes to be your most authentic self.

SHIPPING

We currently ship pan-India. Shipping will take anywhere between 3-7 working days, depending on your delivery address.

We offer free shipping on all orders worth above ₹1799. Orders under Rs.1,799 will have a delivery charge.

Maharashtra- ₹80

Outside Maharashtra- ₹100

Incase you're looking for express delivery, get in touch with us and we'll have it done!

EXCHANGE & RETURNS

We do not have a refund policy currently. However, we do size exchanges. 

If the purchased item is the wrong size and fit, you can get in touch with us within 3 days of receiving the package. 

Please follow the steps for exchange:

  • Email us at info@basicallybasic.in and mention “Exchange” and your order number in the subject line.
  •  Our team will review the details within 24 hours and revert with an email confirming the exchange. 
  • Courier services for exchange will be charged to the customer. The required details will be sent over email and a pick-up will be initiated.
  • Once we receive the package in our warehouse, our team will do a quality check and dispatch the new item.
  • Please ensure that the product is unused and has its original tags on. It must be packed in its original packaging for return.

Damage & Issues

Incase you've received a damagedproduct/ wrong product-

Please write to us at info@basicallybasic.in attaching pictures of the faulty product/wrong product. Kindly mention “Damaged Product/Wrong product” with your order number in the subject line within 24 hours of receiving it so we can evaluate the issue and make a replacement for the same.  

Please note-

Any items marked under sale are not applicable for exchange.

Nipple pasties are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Basically, Basic reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet our  requirements.
