shipping
we currently ship pan-india. delivery takes three to seven working days, depending on your address.
orders above ₹1,799 ship free. orders below that carry a delivery charge: ₹80 within maharashtra, ₹100 outside it.
need something faster? get in touch and we'll arrange express delivery.
exchange & returns
we don't currently offer refunds, but we do offer size exchanges.
if your order arrives in the wrong size or fit, let us know within three days of receiving it.
how it works:
- email info@basicallybasic.in with "exchange" and your order number in the subject line.
- our team reviews your request within 24 hours and confirms the exchange by email.
- courier charges for the exchange are covered by you. pickup details will be shared over email.
- once we receive the item, it goes through a quality check before your new piece is dispatched.
- the product must be unused, with tags intact, and packed in its original packaging.
damage & issues
received a damaged or incorrect item? write to us at info@basicallybasic.in with photos of the product. mention "damaged product" or "wrong product," along with your order number, in the subject line, within 24 hours of receiving it.
we'll arrange an exchange for a new piece. if a replacement isn't available, we'll process a refund instead. courier costs for damaged or incorrect items are covered by us.
please note
- sale items are not eligible for exchange.
- nipple pasties are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- for size exchanges, shipping costs are non-refundable.
- basically, basic reserves the right to decline exchanges that don't meet these conditions.
