Shipping, Exchange & Returns

We do not have a refund policy currently. However, we do size exchanges. 

If the purchased item is the wrong size and fit, you can get in touch with us within 3 days of receiving the package. 

Please follow the steps for exchange:

• Email us at info@basicallybasic.in and mention “Exchange” and your order number in the subject line.
•  Our team will review the details within 24 hours and revert with an email confirming the exchange. 
• Courier services for exchange will be charged to the customer. The required details will be sent over email and a pick-up will be initiated.
• Once we receive the package in our warehouse, our team will do a quality check and dispatch the new item.
• Please ensure that the product is unused and has its original tags on. It must be packed in its original packaging for return.

Damage & Issues

Incase you've received a damagedproduct/ wrong product-

Please write to us at info@basicallybasic.in attaching pictures of the faulty product/wrong product. Kindly mention “Damaged Product/Wrong product” with your order number in the subject line within 24 hours of receiving it so we can evaluate the issue and make a replacement for the same.  

Please note-

Any items marked under sale are not applicable for exchange.

Nipple pasties are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Basically, Basic reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet our  requirements.
