Product Description

Our sweatshirts are designed to fit you like a warm hug. They feature an oversized fit with drop shoulders, a crew neckline and ribbed detail. Style them with our matching joggers, shorts and that’s a whole outfit right there! It has a cozy fabric with plenty of room for comfort and maximum chill. Our new colours are the perfect aesthetic for this season.

If you're in-between sizes, we recommend sizing up!

Composition: 100% Cotton Fleece

Care Instructions:

  • Machine wash cold with short spin cycle
  • Wash dark colours separately
  • Do not bleach or soak
  • Do not tumble dry

      SHIPPING

      We currently ship pan-India. Shipping will take anywhere between 3-7 working days, depending on your delivery address.

      We offer free shipping on all orders worth above ₹1799. Orders under Rs.1,799 will have a delivery charge.

      Maharashtra- ₹80

      Outside Maharashtra- ₹100

      Incase you're looking for express delivery, get in touch with us and we'll have it done!

      EXCHANGE & RETURNS

      We do not have a refund policy currently. However, we do size exchanges. 

      If the purchased item is the wrong size and fit, you can get in touch with us within 3 days of receiving the package. 

      Please follow the steps for exchange:

      • Email us at info@basicallybasic.in and mention “Exchange” and your order number in the subject line.
      •  Our team will review the details within 24 hours and revert with an email confirming the exchange. 
      • Courier services for exchange will be charged to the customer. The required details will be sent over email and a pick-up will be initiated.
      • Once we receive the package in our warehouse, our team will do a quality check and dispatch the new item.
      • Please ensure that the product is unused and has its original tags on. It must be packed in its original packaging for return.

      Damage & Issues

      Incase you've received a damagedproduct/ wrong product-

      Please write to us at info@basicallybasic.in attaching pictures of the faulty product/wrong product. Kindly mention “Damaged Product/Wrong product” with your order number in the subject line within 24 hours of receiving it so we can evaluate the issue and make a replacement for the same.  

      Please note-

      Any items marked under sale are not applicable for exchange.

      Nipple pasties are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

      Shipping costs are non-refundable.

      Basically, Basic reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet our  requirements.
